Online coaching is a form of counseling that’s carried out over the Internet. Participants connect using one or more technology, such as email, real-time chat and video conferencing, in a range of formats, such as one-on-one sessions with a coach to group coaching with a coach and number of individuals. 

Also known as online counseling, online coaching can offer several advantages over traditional coaching, from flexibility in scheduling and location to convenience, cost savings, the comfort of being in a familiar space and more.

Online coaching allows you to connect with a certified coach digitally to discuss issues you’re facing from the comfort of your home. Specifically, you use an internet connection and a computer or your phone to talk to a coach via an online medium such as text or video.

Online coaching can range in price. Typically, it’s less than half the cost of in-person coaching, which ranges from $300 to several thousand dollars per session. Because ours is a group coaching, learn at your own pace, your cost at YLB is just a fraction of that cost but you still have access to all the value.

We also offer access to individual coaching and subscription options, allowing you to talk to your coach one-on-one in a private setting.

The amount of time required for coaching to produce real, noticeable benefits isn’t the same for everyone. Some conditions may require longer and more comprehensive sessions than others in order for you to experience improvements. 

Depending on your needs and other factors, you may notice improvements after just a few coaching sessions, or experience slower, more gradual improvements over the course of several months. 

There’s no exact amount of time that coaching will take to work for you. By working closely with your coach, you’ll be able to work together towards achieving your coaching objectives over time.
